Chest Exercise
5.Push-up

b.Get in a push-up position and straighten the arm with a band stretching upwards.
c.Lower back down, your chest to the floor.
f.Repeat for 5-20 reps.

Shoulder Exercise
6.Lateral Raise
a.Bring your feet apart with shoulder width.
b.Grip each handle with your arms down at your sides and keep pamls inward.
c.Raise your arms until your arms spread out fully in both directions.
d.Slowly lower back down and repeat for 8-10 reps.
